My husband and I went on a cruise to Scandinavia in May. We first cruised with Century in 1998 which is our very first cruise. We have since been on Celebrity's various ships for about ten times and found it very good value as comparing to Crystal and Regent Seven Sea. However we were quite disappointed with the service and the state of our suite in our recent visit.They are acceptable but not as 'exceeding expectation' as it used to be. The staff are not as welcoming as before and the cabins of the ship are not as well maintained although the dinners at the restaurant is still very good standard,but not the buffet lunch. They even charge for the service of the shuttle bus nowadays. Please bring back the 5 star quality we used to enjoy on Celerity ships.
