Q: We are booked on a cruise to Scandinavia and Russia next July and wonder whether we require a Visa and if so,where does one obtain this.

Hi, you will only need a visa if you choose to explore Russia on your own. a visa ca be obtained from www.visaservice.co.uk if you do and excurison from the cruise line a visa is included. hope this helps
