Q: We have booked Cabin 7001 looking out over the front of the ship. Has anyone stayed in this cabin and if so, is it the same size as the other regular outside cabins or does it have a different layout due to the sloping front wall? Thanks

If you want to know what to do in each port please go to this site that I direct every one to - go to google and type 'cruise ports call boards' - click on the the first result will give you all the info under the appropriate PORTS section on the page under Europe. Once you sign up you can search within each specific category. As you are going to St P I cannot recommend using a private tour guide enough instead of 'following the lollypop'. Personally I used alla-tour.com and cannot recommend her highly enough. $225pp for 2-full days of private tours with just 9 others, early entry into Hermitage, lunch at Stolle, private airconditioned Mercedes van - it was fantastic!
